Violet's Contest Ready (Close-Up No.1)

Violet....you look different! I just can't put my finger on it!

In a set of for a upcoming pictorial, Violet does a 'Contest Ready' photoshoot for a magazine which is to be confirmed at this moment (only quoting from her words) as she explains how she gets her powers and her relationship with her sister, Scarlet.

Friendly Notes - 23.08.2011/05.07.2012/02.06.2014

Originally, this was is a rework of the deviation, "Violet's Doing it Again!" which was uploaded in August 2011 which had speech bubbles of Violet saying, "Hey watchers, Hope you guys like the view! Violet will find a way to brighten what’s left of the summer for you, guys! Trust me peeps!" That quote was referencing to the weather in London last year as it was completely random and still is! (Bloody hell! To be honest, I wouldn't mind having Violet around to brighten the mood considering what weather we have been having in London!

Back to the subject as in July 2012, the deviation was changed so that the face and the body had to be reworked along with the addition of shading to her and the background. It was from that point that I added the comic style panels for the title and copyrights. Whilst looking at it, I knew that there was so much that could be done! So forward to June 2014, I decided to look at the original references which was of Roxie Rain and drew the sketch out with a lot more others related to this work. I did a full body version so it could coincide with the close-up version as you see now. With the changes added including a new new backdrop, it suits with the artstyle that I'm going for and can relate back to the other works also!
