Description
It’s about damn time and long overdue, Eddie! 
It’s time to start ‘The Cast of Project SouthBound’ with the hero and native of the North London town, Edward Onett.
Known to Eddie by his family and friends, Edward was born in SouthBound and followed his dream to become a baseball player (unusual from London, I know!) as he played in Japan and America. After being away for many years, he noticed that SouthBound has changed dramatically with the attitude of the townspeople and ‘a certain upgrade!’ One of them he would find out in the SouthBound Forest as he stumbled upon a ‘Satourne’. After chasing it and being knocked out after a fall, Eddie was carried off to Satourne Valley by ‘The Satournes’.
When Eddie recovered, Trish, one of the Satourne leaders in the town explained on how the Satournes came to Earth and keeping up with the modern day times. However, Trish knows that he will do justice by protecting the innocent though warned him that ‘his past will cloud your judgment and dangers will come unexpected!’ Eddie took that into consideration! After leaving Satourne Valley, Eddie noticed a Satourne followed him but he had a baseball cap on. Despite telling him to leave, the Satourne told him that he will need all the help he can get! Eddie allowed him to tag along and when asked the Satourne what his name was as it turned out to be Eddie ironically so not be confused he was called ‘Junior’.
From that point, a friendship between would be unbreakable. Despite finding out that he had super abilities which he inherited , Eddie and ‘Junior’ would see off any danger in SouthBound including saving a waitress named Jessica Layfield who was attracted to him from the first day they met! However, Eddie would find out what Trish meant about his past as Jessica was kidnapped! After being tipped off to what she was being held and getting past ‘the traps’, turned out that it was his former lover, Cynthia who was actually Doctor Krista Schwarz! Attempting to convince her in her takeover, Eddie made it clear that if he has to defeat her, then so be it! Eddie and Krista battled it out until ‘The SouthBound Slugger’ defeated her with his attacks, The Dupli-Ball and the Great Balls of Fire. From that moment, he became a hero in SouthBound and earned himself a woman in his life.
After that encounter, Eddie would do battle Krista two times whilst facing new enemies in Bernice Lockhart (which had a sudden change in heart later on), Ashura, Jynn (now Lady Jynnelle!), Xenia Moskvina and many others! However, he would get support in her adventures from Jeffrey, Benson, Spade, Sheva and of course, The Satournes. Years later, Eddie and ‘Junior’ would become a member of the ‘Great Fray Warriors’ after saving Saffron in a battle with one Colossal Bot.
Storyline Fact: Eddie is really loves his video games and really considers Sheva to be his rival....so he says!

The concept of Edward Onett was an interesting one. Borrowing influences from Ness from Earthbound (You’d probably figured that one out!), the idea was circulating in 2008 until the concept art was created back in September 2012 until I decided to attempt to redo it back three years later. I didn’t like that the way it looked so I decided to redo it again this year with a new costume than originally intended. He might look a bit bigger but it’s a difference!
