A fourth one.....didn't expect this one!

In this fourth edition of 'Sheva's Workout Training' inside her home gym, The Ebony Warrior continues to work on her biceps with the EZ Curl Bar. Damn, they are getting big!

I know that flag! It's the SouthBound Flag!

Brief Hint:In the second shot of 'Sheva's Workout Training', she uses the long pole in that one and it's from a side view so don't get confused!

Friendly Notes - 08.11.2013

This being the last one of the shots I ended up doing a different workout pose from an angle. The reference that the sketch was originally based from Kristy Hawkins when she working out before one of her contests. The original version has Sheva with a similar face to the other works and had a vague background. Eventually, this was all reworked to relate back to the other pictures that were also reworked with the same techniques applied and you can more of the home gym backdrop! Also, Sheva's face was reworked to make her kind of serious and kept her hair in a ponytail was not to show continuity and was not in the original!

To be fair, all the pictures look very good in it's own rights and more up to date with the current works!

Hope all the watchers and other deviants enjoy the deviation.
